What is the process for someone to get an allotment at Sunnybank?
To apply for an allotment at Sunnybank, please email the company secretary at sb_allotment@hotmail.com to express your interest and receive further instructions.

What qualities do you look for in a plot holder?
Beyond simply growing things, we look for friendly and approachable individuals with a good work ethic. Whether you're hands-on in the garden or prefer administrative tasks, there's a role for you within our community.

Once someone applies, what happens next?
After you apply, you can expect to receive confirmation that you have been added to our waiting list. We will then contact you regarding the availability of a plot.

Are their any added extras?

Water rates and allotment insurance are included in the yearly rent but in addition to this there is also a key deposit and a plot deposit. This is to ensure security and upkeep of the plot. Deposits are returned if the plot is in good order and keys returned.
